Do you ever see those signs “We Buy Mobile Homes”? Mobile homes, even when they are no longer lived in, can be recycled, fixed up, moved, and the land can be re-used. Dune Investments is not like those companies. We don't just “buy the mobile home”, we want the land it is on as well. You don’t have to deal with it anymore, including any fines from the County or demolition liens they want to impose to remove the mobile home. Why get a demolition lien when we will buy the land with the mobile home the County wants you to get rid of?
If you own land with an old mobile home, then I’m interested in hearing from you. This means that your land has the basic infrastructure for me to set up a new mobile home. Even if we have to put in a new septic system, a new well, and a new pad, the land was most likely already leveled, so it’s easier for us to put a new mobile home on it.
It depends on the condition of the mobile home, but there are often ways for us to dispose of the old mobile home that recycles many of the parts and materials. Our intention is to recycle and reuse as much of the mobile home as possible.
Then, we inspect the well, water, and electric to determine what upgrades are necessary to bring the property up to code. At that point, we will install a new mobile home for a new homeowner.
We don’t mind doing the dirty work, so clients are happy to sell off their property for us. We will handle the rehab.
