My name is Mina Clare. I own Dune Investments, LLC, a family corporation. I am also a licensed Florida real estate agent.
I started Dune Investments because I love the potential of undeveloped land. Dune is short for Dunedin, Florida, where I grew up.
Over the years, I have found that many of my clients had land they wanted to sell, but didn't want to wait for a buyer. They weren't sure what to do with it. Many just wanted to get rid of it.
So, I started buying land to help clients sell faster. My adult children work with my company. We are a family company offering personalized service. You won't get transferred to anyone who isn't family that wants to serve and help.
Land has red tape and it can be confusing to navigate on your own. I promise to explain any issues with your land so you can determine your best options.
If you decide to sell to me, know that I will do my best to insure the process occurs quickly and easily. If you prefer, I am still sell land owned by clients. I am happy to answer your questions.
