Once you submit the contact form, we do our due diligence to give you the best offer possible. We research your land's zoning and accessibility as well as easements. We ensure the person who contacted us is on the deed and has the authority to sell the land. If there are other persons on the deed, we will contact them. Everyone on the deed has to agree to the sale.
We also look at the average sold parcels of land close to your property. We make an offer based on the information we gathered.
Yes. You may or may not agree with our first offer. If you don't agree, then tell us why. Does the property have any special attribute that you want to discuss with us? We will listen and discuss the price with you.
We do. However, we will see if we can build on the land first, or review zoning to see if we can change it through the County. We want to ensure the land is going to its best use.
Depends on your State. Land use in different States determines the offer price, as well as what we do with it. Zoning is important. Whether it's hunting land, farm land, or agricultural, each County in the United States has different rules. We are open to discussing your land. In all purchases, I personally speak with the County.
